your stateroom # closer to the cruise date and you are eligible for an upgrade but you won’t know where your stateroom will be) or “on assignment” choosing from the best available specific stateroom # available at the time of booking in the category you select
• legal names as per your passport
• address, phone # and DOB
• information for the deposit
• stateroom preference
• dining preference (early sitting, late sitting or “as you wish dining”
which means no set time or table)
• any food allergies or medical notes that should be placed on your file
• whether you have sailed previously with Holland America
(and your Mariner # if you know it)
• Aeroplan number
